Flights can be booked through our local travel agent. Please indicate on the registration form if this is required. We will then confirm if it is within the maximum reimbursable amount.

Parking Information
Please park your car in the parking garage which is located directly behind the Hamilton General Hospital. The entrance to the garage is located on Victoria Avenue. Please take a parking ticket upon entry into the garage and we will provide you with a parking voucher. To exit the parking garage, drive up to the barrier gate arm at the exit and insert the ticket which was obtained at entry into the slot. When the machine asks you to insert your credit card for payment, insert the parking voucher provided, and you will be able to exit without paying.
